Welcome to Fords House Bed & Breakfast, a warm and welcoming Bed & Breakfast run by Vicky Lockerbie in her beautiful early 18th-century country cottage in Stoke Fleming. Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking South Hams, this charming B&B is located within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is on the renowned South West Coast Path, making it the perfect base for a coastal holiday in South Devon. Guests staying at Fords House can enjoy the very best of the South Devon coastline.

The award-winning Blackpool Sands, a stunning Blue Flag beach, is within easy walking distance, while the historic Naval town of Dartmouth is only 3 miles away. Whether you’re planning scenic coastal walks, water sports, exploring independent shops and restaurants, or simply relaxing by the sea, this area of South Hams offers something for everyone.
Our beautiful B&B in Stoke Fleming features two spacious en-suite double bedrooms, providing comfortable and stylish accommodation near Dartmouth. Each morning guests can enjoy a freshly prepared cooked breakfast made with quality local ingredients, the perfect start before heading out to explore the coast. 

Please note that we are unable to accept guest pets and Fords House Bed & Breakfast is strictly non-smoking throughout.

The property has been beautifully restored and retains many original features.
The two double rooms are decorated to a high standard, as well as benefiting from en-suite facilities.
They have all the modern comforts you would expect to make your stay special such as high-quality
​bed linen, thick fluffy towels, free WiFi, flatscreen TVs, amenity trays, & complimentary toiletries.
Check-in is from 4pm onwards, and check-out by 10am please, so we can prepare the rooms for the next guests.

and enchanting towns. With its charming historic streets, scenic river location and surrounded
